Here goes my first blog ever :)
I'm a huge fan of mud cake. The richer the better. So naturally, I attempt to find a few good recipes and make it myself. I've tried a couple of mudcake recipes and so far this one's turned out to be the best. I've made it countless times for numerous friends and they have all loved it... at least that's what they told me. It takes a while to make, but it's totally worth it. The recipe calls for a combination of milk and dark chocolate, but I prefer it with just milk chocolate. I always half the quantity of the ingredients cuz otherwise I end up having to make 2 cakes.
